1. Download the official nomination form using the provided link. You can also obtain a printed copy at the Elections Office, 12 Sunset Crescent during office hours or by email request.
2. Carefully complete all required details or nominate a qualified candidate.
3. Ensure your completed form is submitted by the specified deadline, Friday, December 29^th by 2 pm.
