Please join the Rural Municipality of Morell’s Mayor and Council in extending best wishes to Jennifer Phelan, who has retired after 8 years of service as the CAO of Morell.

The CAO (Chief Administrative Officer) is the key position in any size community from the smallest to the largest in our province. Jennifer started as Morell’s CAO eight years ago with a strong banking background, common sense, and a great work ethic.

Morell and our surrounding communities have been the recipients of her leadership throughout this time. 

The Council personally thanks Jennifer for her many years of dedicated service. She is taking our deepest appreciation and gratitude with her. We wish her the best in her retirement.
